Lee's office in the lower section of Lee Chapel located at Washington
& Lee University. The office is preserved as General Lee left
it in 1870.

Located in Buena Vista, Virginia. Founded in 1867, but reorganized
in 1996 to become an institution serving the Latter-day Saint
community. The university owns approximately 155 acres, most of
which is undeveloped property for future expansion.

Lee Chapel
and Museum located in Lexington, Virginia at Washington and Lee
University. The chapel was built in 1867. General Robert E. Lee
who served as president from 1865 to 1870 had his office in the
chapel and is buried there.

Statue
of Stonewall Jackson sculpted by Edward V. Valentine and dedicated
in 1891. Jackson and family are buried beneath the statue. Located
in the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Cemetery. It began as a burial
ground for old Presbyterian Church in 1789.
